Synopsis

In 1995, officer Lin Qiangfeng pursues drug trafficker Liu Shaohua, who starts making meth. After most dealers are caught, Liu flees. Lin stops Liu's 1996 comeback attempt. Liu tries again, but Lin tracks him down. Liu is caught in 1999.
