Synopsis

A gang of street punks backed by the mob are running wild in China town, the streets are no longer safe and the police are unable to control the violence. With his town in chaos the mayor has no one else to turn to, until he receives a mysterious calling card that may be his only lifeline. J.D Makay (Heavener) is a lethal Ninja for hire, willing to cleanup China town - for a price.
